Jonah's 1st B-day

Jonah is so stinking cute if I don't say so myself! He's just a happy, fun kid. He's pretty mello, which is nice for a change. We had a fun 1st birthday. His grandma Marilyn flew out at the last minute to be here and Jonah's friends Flynn and Madison came to the party. We gave him a basketball hoop which will add to the "front room" sporting events we like to have at our house.
I still cannot believe my baby is 1 year old! He's a tiny kid, but he's starting to act and look older. He runs around the house like a pro and keeps up with Markus. Like most little boys, he loves to be outside putting things in his mouth like dirt and rocks. We've been doing baby sign language with him for a while now and this must be the magic age that they start doing all the signs. He copies everything so I'm not surprised. He likes to tell us "more" and "juice". He really enjoyed eating birthday cake. He liked the frosting squished between his fingers. What a mess! It was a great party.
